For all eligible* AIA Members who encounter serious medical conditions such as cancer or multisystem disorders are recommended to get AIA’s Personal Medical Case Management service with Teladoc Health to receive personalised medical support and guidance through the journey.

Full Personal Medical Case Management Services
Teladoc Health services are available for life assured members of
- Universal Life (Regular Protection Premium of MMK 3 million and above)
- One Health Solution Individual (Plan 5 and above).
RUBY CLUB MEMBER
RUBY Club Members will receive three personal medical case management services, which can be used for themselves or be shared with their loved ones.
How does "Personal Medical Case Management Services" work?
Contact your Financial Advisor or call AIA Hotline to request AIA’s Personal Medical Case Management service.
Teladoc Health’s medical committee selects top experts specialized in your condition to evaluate your case.
SHER or RUBY Club Member Care Team will check the eligibility of the member and if it is eligible, will share back service enrolment form.
Within 10 business days, you will receive a detailed and personalized report with opinions and recommendations explained by Physician.
AIA member to fill and send service enrolment form to Teladoc Health.
If you want an overseas treating doctor, Physician Case Manager will recommend two specialists from Singapore for your choice.
Teladoc Health will assign an English-speaking personal Physician Case Manager for AIA member. Physician Case Manager will contact you within 24 hours to understand and review your medical issue and medical history.
Physician Case Manager will monitor your progress via regular follow-up calls to provide ongoing guidance and support during recovery.
